Training Days are the real reason for joining the Inland Valley Retriever Club. Anyone, members and non-members alike, can come out and run their dog (or dogs) with other members. Whether you're bringing out your new puppy for the first time, or a seasoned master hunter, everyone is welcome. We setup a series of training scenarios and everyone can run their dog anyway they feel comfortable. Members, amateur and pro trainers all come out and help one another. There's no pressure, no judgement - just a great morning of running dogs...

Join us for our Club training days at the Prado Recreation Dog Park (17505 Euclid Ave, Chino, CA)! We kick off shortly after the facility opens at 7:30 AM. Your first training day is free, but please note there’s a $15 gate fee (cash only). Don’t forget to bring a chair, water, snacks for you and your dog, sturdy shoes, sunblock/hat, leash, duck call, collar/E-collar, and anything else you need for a comfortable day in the field. We recommend bringing a kennel for your vehicle, as many keep their dogs there between runs. The IVRC will provide all necessary equipment and quality instruction. To ensure a successful training day, please come ready to help out in the field or at the line if you can. We’re excited for a great day of training and can’t wait to see everyone! For more details and updates, check out our Facebook Page and consider volunteering – it’s a lot of fun!
